Setting up Sabnzbd+ and Sick Beard (Ubuntu)

I have gotten a request to write a little guide to setting up Sabnzbd+ and Sick Beard. For those who don’t know what those things are, I will enlighten you. Sabnzbd+ is a usenet grabber. It downloads binary packages from usenet groups if you supply a nzb package. Sick Beard is a program which syncs with thetvdb.com database and keeps track of all new tv shows and get the nzb package for new shows as they come out. While the morality of those programs are questionable. I will take no responsibility at all for what you actually download with them.

Ticket To Ride Online Linux Client: Ubuntu Installation

I love board games, a board game I’m especially fond of is Ticket To Ride. So you can guess how much joy it brought me when they announced that everyone who had purchased a Ticket To Ride board game not only get a free of charge account at Ticket To Ride Online, but that a Linux Client will be available as well.

Since installing a software outside of the Repositories (Ubuntu software Channel or the like) can be difficult for new users, here is my guide to Ticket To Ride Online goodies under Ubuntu Linux. Since this guide is aimed towards new Ubuntu users, I will use as little command line based operations as possible. A command line version of this guide is available below the graphical one.
